The boarding house is actually the frat house of Alpha Delta Phi – Memorial Chapter of McGill University. You will also see the McDonald Engineering building. The series was filmed 100% in Montreal. All the interiors were done at a soundstage. The outdoor shots of the house are filmed in Montebello at Chateau Valmont. The series also goes to Mont-Tremblant and McGill Morgan Arboretum in West Island.
